EDU Site Manager / Professional Development

Our Education Site Manager and Professional Development role provides comprehensive support to schools through:

  • Working with our school partners to create a needs analysis
  • Documenting and categorizing identified needs
  • Developing a response plan to address the needs analysis, including:
    • Professional Development and Training: Curriculum support materials and more
    • Product and Infrastructure Solutions: Devices, alternative systems, and related solutions
    • Communications: Newsletters, customer response, grant writing, and cultivating relationships with industry specialists

Standard Education Technology

  • Technology Coordinator role supporting all classroom technology for faculty and staff
  • 3-5 year technology budget planning assistance
  • School Management System support (Blackbaud, TeacherEase, RenWeb / FACTS, PowerSchool, Sycamore, etc)
  • 3rd-Party software support (Renaissance, Clever, Savvas Realize, i-Ready, Seesaw)
  • Configuration and management of Chromebooks (Google Workspace, GoGuardian, etc)
  • Support for interactive displays and TVs (SmartBoards, CleverTouch, ChromeCast, AppleTV, etc.)
  • Summer device clean-up, maintenance, and assessment
  • Full site survey and technology assessments including complete documentation handoff
  • Full infrastructure support covering network, server, cloud, desktop, printing, etc...
  • Managed critical data backups for on-premise and cloud data
  • Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) for Windows and Mac devices with fully-managed antivirus and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software
  • Roaming technicians available for on-site support on a weekly basis
  • Full service Help Desk through our cloud ticketing system
